As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls; meeting and greeting all visitors; processing client payments; distributing mail; assisting in accounts receivable and providing back up support to the Administrative team.
The qualified candidate must have outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills; advanced technical knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; and a positive, motivated and detail-oriented work-ethic with the ability to interface with all levels.
Work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
